Meridian provides automated analysis of chart data exported from MetaTrader 5. The service produces structured assessments of observed technical conditions for informational purposes only.

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary components of the platform.
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or systematically access Meridian content beyond normal use.
• Misrepresent Meridian's assessments as regulated financial advice or guarantees.
• Redistribute or sell Meridian outputs without written permission.

All assessments, reports, and content produced by Meridian are provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Meridian makes no representation that any assessment is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You should always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meridian and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

The Meridian platform, including its design, software, and content, is the intellectual property of its operators. You retain ownership of chart data you submit. By submitting data, you grant Meridian a limited licence to process that data for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.

Meridian reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms will be specified before public launch. In the meantime, any disputes will be resolved in good faith between the parties.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
